How does shipping work?
Standard shipping is always free within the United States. If you need your order faster, we can expedite shipping for an additional cost for 2-3 day shipping.
At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States, but sign up for our newsletter to be alerted when we start shipping internationally!
How do returns and exchanges work?
We hope you love your CurvedWear, but in case it doesn’t work, we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a refund. Returns are always free. A return shipping label will automatically be generated for you to print.
Return processing can take up to 2 weeks. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue a refund to the original method of payment.

What if my pants arrived damaged?
We guarantee high-quality pants free of manufacturer defects. We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or abuse.
Email us at info@curvedwear.com with the details and a photo of the defect and we will send you a replacement or refund.

What is a replacement?
We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible, so we’d hate to see our clothes in a landfill. If you have a pair of pants that no longer fit you, send it back to us for $40 off another pair. All returned pants will be donated to an organization that helps girls and women.

We CurvedWear pants are manufactured in Los Angeles using ethically sourced and sweatshop-free manufacturers.

What is my order status?
You can confirm the status of your order and track your order at any time from in your CurvedWear account page or from the Order link in your Order Confirmation email.
Please note that pre-ordered pants from our crowdfunding campaign will be shipped to you as soon as they are available. If you have not filled out the post-campaign order form, please let us know at info@curvedwear.com.
